Jackson Design Services, LLC contracted with Menemsha Construction Solutions to perform field surveying services for Bank of America facilities as part of a program to update their space management system. JDS visited 65 Bank of America and Merrill Lynch buildings throughout Missouri and North Carolina. Jackson Design Services, LLC produced floor plans with casework, furnishing and equipment documented.
Burger King Accessibility Review
Jackson Design Services, LLC was resourced by architectural firm Arcvision, Inc to conduct pre-construction and post-construction ADA compliance surveys for over 30 Burger King locations throughout Indiana. Jackson Design Services, LLC completed reports citing ADAAG deficiencies for correction.
Walgreens
Jackson Design Services, LLC contracted with Precision Property Measurements to survey the conditions of 4 Walgreens acquired Kerr Drug Stores in North Carolina in preparation for conversion. Jackson Design Services, LLC provided a CAD floor plan, elevations, site plan, ceiling plan, keyed fixture plan and panoramic videos.
